A curated 3-month programme for B2B founders who have raised their first round and are now going for their second — with direct investor access, global GTM support, and a cohort of 30 serious founders.
Cohort fee: $999 · Application fee: $99 · 30 seats per cohort
We select 30 companies per cohort — hand-picked by the team alongside our investment partners. You've raised once. Now let's close the next round together.
Every element of the programme is designed to converge on one goal: your next round closed.
Our investment partners are involved in your selection and follow your journey for 12 weeks before Demo Day. By the time you pitch, they already know you.
Expand beyond your home market. From warm connections to enterprise buyers to industry-focused events where your product is showcased in front of the right audience.
Investors invest in founders. We help you build a public profile, sharpen your skills, and create a thought leadership presence that works throughout fundraising and beyond.
A structured 12-week journey with a clear cadence at every stage — so you always know what's coming next.
The programme runs on a predictable weekly rhythm so you can plan your time and maximise every session. Each week layers on the one before.
One of our core GTM pillars — getting cohort founders in the room with the enterprise decision-makers who matter most for their growth and their raise.
We host industry-focused events where the right enterprise customers are in the room. You present your product, understand buyer pain points directly, and build pipeline in a curated setting — not a cold outbound grind.
The same industry events double as live proof points for your investment partners. Rather than hearing about traction in a deck, they watch it happen — enterprise buyers engaging with your product in real time. Demo Day's industry showcase is the culmination of this.
Our investment partners are part of the selection process from day one. They review applications, participate in filtration, and shape who gets into the cohort. That involvement creates a natural commitment to the founders they select.
By Demo Day, investors have been receiving your monthly progress reports for three months. They've seen you build, ship, and grow. They are not evaluating you cold — they are closing on someone they already back.
Investment partners participate in selecting the cohort — founders who get in already have investor confidence behind them from day one.
India's leading B2B Series A funds — actively deployed capital, warm introductions, and structured visibility across the full 12 weeks.
Pitch to the full B2B investor jury at Week 12. By then, they know your story and traction. Demo Day is where you close the round.

We are actively building our investment partner network for Cohort 01 and beyond. If you invest in B2B companies at the Seed to Series A stage and want access to a curated pipeline of high-signal founders going through a rigorous 12-week programme — and want to be involved in selecting who gets in — we'd love to have you.
Every mentor is an active operator or investor. They chair your weekly sessions, host podcasts, run workshops — and are available for direct outreach throughout the programme.
Each week, a Series B+ or US-based enterprise founder joins for an unscripted session on what actually works when scaling. Candid, tactical, and relevant to where you are right now.
Chaired by a rotating mentor, these peer sessions are where the cohort comes together — sharing challenges, wins, and specific asks. Structured accountability built for founders.
Drop-in office hours with investment partners and mentors open to all founders throughout the programme. No agenda required — bring your real problems.
Depending on your target markets, we make warm connections to enterprise buyers, distribution partners, and market-entry advisors in the US, UK, UAE, Europe, and Singapore.
Structured reporting keeps our full investor network updated on your progress — building narrative and conviction before you ever pitch.
Monthly progress updates go out to all investment partners — milestones hit, traction metrics, and what each founder is working on. Investors are never out of the loop.
Monthly events where enterprise buyers engage with your product live — generating real GTM pipeline and giving investors live proof of traction throughout the programme.
Monthly virtual pitch sessions with global investors, building relationships and visibility well before Demo Day. Practice your narrative and get live feedback from active deployers.
Live pitches to the full B2B investor jury. By this point, investors know your story — Demo Day is where you close the round.
After 12 weeks of building, shipping, and investor updates — Demo Day is where it all comes together. Pitch in front of the full B2B investor jury, then immediately showcase your product to enterprise buyers at the industry event on the same day.

We don't disappear after the pitch — we help you close the roundApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis alongside our investment partners. The cohort fee is $999 — you apply with a $99 application fee, and the $900 balance is due upfront upon selection.
Submit Your ApplicationReserves your slot for review. Non-refundable. The total cohort fee is $999 — this $99 starts the process, with the $900 balance due on selection.
Tell us about your company, traction, target markets, and what you need to close your next round.
Shortlisted applicants meet the Builders Capital team and investment partners for a focused 30-minute conversation.
Selected founders are notified and pay the $900 balance upfront before the programme begins. The MOU covering exclusivity and success fee terms is signed at this stage.
After the 12-week programme, Builders Capital founders get exclusive access to international delegations — curated visits to key geographies organised in association with our global partners. We take groups of founders to different countries to open doors that would take years to unlock on your own.
Each delegation is built around your target market — connecting you with enterprise buyers, investors, and government bodies on the ground, with the credibility of going as part of a curated founder group.
Clear answers to the questions we hear most from founders considering the programme.
The total programme fee is $999 per startup, paid as two upfront payments: a $99 non-refundable application fee to apply, and the $900 balance paid upfront upon selection. There are no monthly instalments — both payments are made in full before the programme begins. Upon selection, Builders Capital also becomes your exclusive investment partner for the duration of the cohort — this is formalised through a separate MOU signed at onboarding.
No — the $99 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if your application is not selected. This fee signals genuine intent and covers the cost of the review process. If you are not selected, you are not charged anything further. If you are selected, the $900 balance is due upfront before the programme begins.
Builders Capital is designed for B2B founders who have already raised their first round of funding and are now going for their second — typically a pre-Series A or Series A. Companies can have raised from angels, family offices, micro-VCs, or institutional seed funds. What matters is that you have raised some external capital, have decent traction and early revenue, and are serious about scaling internationally. Bootstrapped companies and pre-product startups are not eligible. Each cohort is limited to 30 companies, hand-selected alongside our investment partners.
Our jury and investment partners are a curated mix of angel investors, venture capital funds, and experienced operators actively deploying into B2B companies at the Seed to Series A stage. They include partners from leading funds like Accel, Peak XV, Lightspeed, Matrix, Elevation Capital, and others. These are the same individuals who receive your monthly progress reports and attend Demo Day — not a cold audience, but investors who have been watching you build for three months.
The programme runs for 12 weeks. It begins with an onboarding session after cohort selection, followed by the weekly rhythm: give & take sessions, founder podcasts, AI workshops, branding sessions, and open office hours. There is a monthly offline event for the full cohort. Progress reports go to investors monthly. The programme culminates in Demo Day at Week 12 — live pitches to the B2B investor jury, immediately followed by an industry showcase event for enterprise buyers on the same day.
We take cohort commitment seriously — for your outcome and for the integrity of the peer group. If you drop out mid-programme, both fees paid are non-refundable. Dropping out also forfeits your investor introductions and Demo Day slot. We strongly encourage founders to assess bandwidth before applying. If exceptional circumstances arise, please reach out to the team — we will work through it on a case-by-case basis.
By the end of 12 weeks, founders leave with: a funded or in-progress raise backed by the partner investor network; a sharpened international GTM strategy with warm connections in target markets; real pipeline from industry events; a meaningful personal brand presence built over 12 weeks; a peer network of 29 other high-calibre founders; and access to post-cohort international delegations including the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Europe.
Our investment partners actively participate in the selection and filtration of every cohort. Because investors help choose who gets in, founders who are selected already have investor confidence behind them from day one. Those founders will have the backing of the programme's partner investors to secure funding — the amount and structure depends on the individual company and partners involved. You are not pitching cold at Demo Day. You are closing with people who helped pick you and have received monthly updates on your progress for three months.
Yes. Over and above the programme fee, Builders Capital charges a 5% success fee on your funding close — payable only when your round is successfully completed. This structure ensures full alignment of incentives: we only earn meaningfully when you raise. The success fee terms are covered in the MOU signed at onboarding, when Builders Capital becomes your exclusive investment partner for the duration of the cohort.
There is no unconditional guarantee of funding — and any programme that claims otherwise should be approached with scepticism. What we do guarantee is maximum visibility in front of the right investors in as short a period as possible. Over 12 weeks, your progress goes to 50+ investment partners monthly, you pitch virtually to global investors, you present live at industry events, and you close at Demo Day in front of a B2B investor jury who have been watching you build for three months. The selection process itself is designed to filter for companies that are fundable — our investment partners participate in choosing the cohort, which means the signal of being selected carries real weight.
Builders Capital is primarily designed for B2B founders who have already raised a round, but we do allow a select few unfunded startups into each cohort — provided they have considerable traction and a clear, fundable product. For these companies, the programme also creates a pathway to qualify for a seed round of funding from our investment partners. If you are unfunded but believe your traction speaks for itself, apply and let the team assess — we evaluate each company on its own merits.
