Every mentor in the programme is an active operator or investor. They chair your weekly sessions, host podcasts, run workshops β and are available for direct outreach.
Each week, a Series B+ or US-based enterprise founder joins for an unscripted session on what actually works when scaling. Candid, tactical, and relevant to where you are right now.
Chaired by a rotating mentor from our network, these peer sessions are where the cohort comes together β sharing challenges, wins, and specific asks. Structured accountability built for founders.
Drop-in office hours with investment partners and mentors are open to all founders throughout the programme. No agenda required β bring your real problems.
Depending on your target markets, we make warm connexions to enterprise buyers, distribution partners, and market-entry advisors in the US, UK, UAE, Europe, and Singapore.
Structured reporting keeps our full investor network updated on your progress β building narrative and momentum before you ever pitch.
A concise shipping and milestone report goes out every week to all investment partners and jury members β covering what you shipped, what you learned, and what's next. Investors stay updated on your progress on a fortnightly cadence so they are never out of the loop.
A curated monthly digest highlighting key wins, traction metrics, and cohort highlights goes to the broader investor and mentor ecosystem, building your profile continuously.
A polished pitch in front of the full investor jury and programme partners. By this point, investors already know your story β Demo Day is where you close.
After 12 weeks of building in public, shipping reports, and investor touchpoints β Demo Day is where it all comes together. Pitch in front of the full jury, your cohort, and extended network.

Clear answers to the questions we hear most from founders considering the programme.
The total programme fee is $999 per startup. This is structured in two parts: a $99 non-refundable application fee paid upfront to submit your application, and a $900 balance due only if you are selected into the cohort. The balance can be paid in monthly instalments over the duration of the programme. Over and above the programme fee, Builders Capital charges a 5% success fee on your funding close β payable only when your round is successfully completed.
No β the $99 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if your application is not selected. This fee exists to signal genuine intent and to cover the cost of the review process. If you are not selected, you are not charged anything further. If you are selected, the $900 balance is due and can be paid in monthly instalments during the 12 weeks.
Our jury and investment partners are a curated mix of angel investors, venture capital funds, and experienced operators who are actively deploying capital into B2B companies at the Series A stage. They include partners from leading India-focused funds like Accel, Peak XV, Lightspeed, Matrix, Elevation Capital, and others. These are the same individuals who receive your weekly shipping reports, attend Demo Day, and make the final funding decisions. Being part of the programme means 12 weeks of structured visibility in front of this group β not a cold pitch at the end.
Builders Capital is open to Seed and post-Seed B2B startups that are actively targeting a pre-Series A or Series A raise. You should have early revenue or a strong product-market signal, and a clear intention to expand into international markets. Consumer-focused companies, pre-product startups, and founders not committed to the full 12-week engagement are not a fit. Each cohort is limited to 20 companies, hand-picked by the Builders Capital team β so selection is competitive and highly curated.
The programme runs for 12 weeks (3 months). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Once the cohort is finalised, the programme begins with an onboarding session, followed by the weekly rhythm of give & take sessions, podcast fireside chats, AI & tools workshops, personal branding workshops, and open office hours. A weekly shipping report goes out to all investment partners throughout. The programme culminates in Demo Day at Week 12, where all founders pitch live in front of the full investor jury. The exact cohort start date is communicated upon selection.
We take cohort commitment seriously β both for your outcome and for the integrity of the peer group. If you drop out mid-programme, the application fee and any instalments paid are non-refundable. More importantly, dropping out forfeits your guaranteed funding commitment and your Demo Day slot. We strongly encourage founders to assess their bandwidth and readiness before applying. That said, if exceptional circumstances arise, please reach out to the team directly and we will work through it on a case-by-case basis.
By the end of 12 weeks, founders leave with: a closed or in-progress funding round backed by the programme's investment network; a sharpened international GTM strategy with warm connexions in target markets; a meaningful personal brand presence built over 12 weeks of consistent posting; a peer network of 19 other high-calibre founders; and access to post-cohort international delegations to markets like the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Europe β helping you continue expanding long after the programme ends.
Yes β and here is exactly what it means. The selection process for Builders Capital is structured such that our investment partners actively participate in the filtration and final selection of every cohort. This is by design. Because the investors are part of choosing who gets in, the founders who are selected already have the confidence and interest of those partners behind them. That means every founder who joins the cohort will receive funding from our partner investors β the amount and structure depends on the individual company and partners involved, but the commitment to fund is built into the selection itself. You are not pitching cold at Demo Day. You are closing with people who have been watching you build for 12 weeks and were part of picking you from the start.
