One full-time role and two 6-month paid internships, all with direct access to the founding team. No busywork, you'll own something from week one.
Founder's Office – Community & Content
Work side by side with the founder and leadership team on the relationships, events and content that power a 35,000+ community of founders, CXOs and investors. You'll see how businesses really operate, up close.
What you'll do
- Reach out to speakers and build lasting relationships with CXOs, founders and investors
- Manage relationships and partnerships across different cities
- Plan, organise and host TBC events across the world
- Build a decentralised, peer-to-peer process where community champions drive engagement and activations in their own cities
- Play a major role in defining how community activations and events happen, and who we bring into the community
- Reach out to influencers and content creators
- Recycle, repackage and market content coming out of our events and community
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team, with a front-row seat to how a business is built
Good to have
- 1–2 years of experience, ideally in an E-Cell, or a sponsorship or speaker outreach team for college fests
- Tried building your own startup, or deeply involved in business and startups
- Comfortable with ambiguity and happy to figure things out as you go
- Willing to put in long hours with the team when it matters
- Confident interacting with CXOs, founders and high-profile people across industries
Social Media & Content Intern
Turn business trends, case studies and founder stories into short-form content people actually stop scrolling for.
What you'll do
- Run the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Spot trending business topics and growth stories, then turn them into reels, carousels and hooks
- Write video scripts, carousel copy and story hooks
- Work directly with our video editors and designers to ship on time
- Run community touchpoints: newsletters, WhatsApp polls and discussions
- Create toolkits, resources and AI chatbots for community members
Good to have
- Copywriting, scripting and storytelling instinct
- Canva, basic video editing or videography
- Instagram and influencer marketing know-how
Community Outreach Intern
Be the first voice of The Builders Club. You'll start conversations with founders and leaders across the world and bring the right people into our community.
What you'll do
- Reach out to prospective members in India, the US, UK, Dubai and beyond
- Introduce TBC's programmes and find the right fit for each person
- Keep clean records of every conversation in our CRM
- Help schedule meetings between interested prospects and our team
- Bring back insights on what founders and CXOs want, shaping what we build next

- Organised, with a habit of following up
