About the programme
On Saturday, 11th June, 8 founders and business heads get on a virtual call. No agenda except one: each person gets a few minutes to introduce themselves, explain what they're selling, describe their ideal customer — and ask for one specific introduction.
During the call, people help each other in real time. If someone in the room knows the right person, they make the connection on the spot. After the session, every requirement gets broadcast to the full TBC community — 35,000+ founders, CXOs, and operators — who then work to make that introduction happen.
The goal is simple: every founder who joins walks away with at least one warm introduction they couldn't have got on their own.
Built for warm introductions
Every connection that comes out of this is backed by community trust — not a cold message out of nowhere.
Broadcast to the whole community
Requirements shared in the session get surfaced to 35K+ TBC members, so the right people always find each other.
No agenda except yours
This isn't a panel or a pitch. It's 8 peers being honest about where they need help. That's it.
Curated, not open to everyone
Each session has 8 seats. Participants are vetted TBC members — founders, CEOs, and senior operators only.
How it works
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM IST. 8 vetted TBC founders and business heads on a virtual call. No slides. No prepared decks. Just a room of people ready to help each other.
Each founder introduces themselves, shares what they're selling, describes their ideal customer — and makes one specific ask. Who do you need to meet? Say it out loud.
People help each other in real time. And after the session, every requirement goes out to 35,000+ TBC members — so the right person can step up and make the connection happen.
What gets discussed
The format is the same every session — so everyone comes prepared and the community knows exactly how to help.
Step 1 — Who you are
Introduce yourself to the room
Brief intro — your name, your company, what you do. Just enough context so the room understands the business behind the ask.
Step 2 — What you sell
Explain your product or service
What you're taking to market — clearly. Not a pitch, just enough for anyone in the room (or community) to know if they can help.
Step 3 — Who you're selling to
Describe your ideal target customer
Be specific. Industry, company size, seniority, geography. The more precise you are, the better the community can match you to the right person.
Step 4 — The ask
One introduction. Name it.
Who do you need to meet? Not a category — a specific role, a specific company, or even a specific person. One clear ask is all it takes.
Who should join
If your growth depends on the right introductions and you're tired of cold outreach — this is for you.
Selling to businesses and tired of the grind of cold outreach. You need warm paths to decision-makers, not more LinkedIn messages that go nowhere.
Leading BD, sales, or partnerships for a growth-stage company. You know what you need — you just need the right room to say it in.
Building strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or co-sell relationships. Community is your fastest route to the right partner conversation.
Still doing your own sales and BD. You don't have a team yet — but you do have 35,000 community members who've agreed to help each other.
The community advantage
8 seats. One ask. The whole community behind you.
